1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how mockupcreator.pro ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our website, web application and mobile applications (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — if you create an account: email address, display name and a securely hashed password.
• Device and usage information — a randomly generated, anonymous installation identifier; device characteristics (model, operating system, graphics hardware, screen size, language, timezone, app version); which features are used and when; and technical error/diagnostic reports. This identifier is created by us and is not your device's hardware identity.
• Approximate location — a coarse, city-level location derived from your IP address when the app contacts our servers. We never access GPS or precise location.
• Purchase information — your subscription status and store receipt/transaction identifiers needed to verify and honour your licence. Payments are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or our website payment gateway; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Your designs — the images and text you edit are processed on your device. They are transmitted to and stored on our servers only if you use cloud-saved projects.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form, together with your name and email address.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate and provide the Service; to verify subscriptions and licences; to remember your content and settings; to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it; to diagnose and fix errors; to prevent fraud and abuse; to respond to your messages; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under appropriate obligations; the app store you purchased through, to the extent needed to manage your subscription; authorities where required by law; and a successor in the event of a business transfer.

5. Retention

Detailed usage events are retained for a limited period (approximately 90 days) before deletion; aggregated statistics, device profiles and purchase/licensing records are kept for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. Account information is kept until your account is deleted.

6. Your choices and rights

You can use the core Service without creating an account. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (including your account) at any time via the contact form; we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International processing

Information may be processed and stored in countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
